DocEngage provides micro-blogging between the patient and the doctor so as to provide a secure means of communication. DocEngage gives in the best of efforts in terms of keeping the information secure but it holds no responsibility over the content of the messaging between the communicators, the content of the message is totally based on user's opinion and discretion.
We will provide you with a list of doctors or medical providers who may be suitable to deliver the health care that you are seeking based solely on the information that you provide to us (such as name of the provider, proximity to your geographical location, specialty of the doctor or provider, and additional criteria that you specify); you are ultimately responsible for choosing your own doctor/provider; DocEngage (i) does not recommend or endorse any doctors or medical providers, (ii) does not make any representations or warranties with respect to these doctor or medical providers or the quality of the healthcare services they may provide and (iii) does not receive any additional fees from such, you are ultimately responsible for choosing your own physician or medical provider.
If you elect to enter information in the Basic Medical Data on behalf of yourself or a third party from whom you have authorization to provide such information, on your request you authorize us to provide such information to the specified medical practitioner. You acknowledge and agree that such information will be reviewed and approved by you or someone authorized on your behalf at the time of your appointment to ensure its accuracy.
As part of the registration process, you will provide an e-mail address and create a password. These are your credentials for accessing the Services that are only available to members ("Credentials"). You should keep your Credentials private and not share your Credentials with anyone else. You are responsible for notifying us if your password has been hacked or stolen. You expressly understand and agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the country, state, province or territory determined solely by DocEngage.
You understand and agree that the above Terms constitute the entire general agreement between you and DocEngage. You may be subject to additional Terms and conditions when you use and access other services, content or material.
DocEngage.com reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion and without any notice. Changes to our Terms become effective on the date they are posted and your continued use of the portal after any changes to Terms will signify your agreement to be bound by them.
